Western Maine Art Group began its May exhibit of Oxford Hills student artwork with a reception on May 6 at the Matolcsy Center in Norway. Many of the MSAD17 art teachers attended. Three hundred people turned out to view more than one-hundred paintings, sculptures, and photographs submitted by Oxford Hills students.
Music was provided by Sydney Bivens, Daniel Garber, Britta Anderson, and Jake Pak.
The student exhibit runs through May 30 at the Matolcscy Center and will return to the center on July 3 through 11. During May, the Center will be open Friday evenings from 5 to 7 and Saturdays from 11 to 3.
Beginning in June, the Matolcsy Center will be open on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 11 to 3
